The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                        
SENATE BILL NO. 203 "An Act requiring unified municipalities to                
provide police protection and law enforcement services; and                    
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced                
with                                                                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 203(CRA), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to police protection service areas                           
in unified municipalities; and to police protection                            
provided by the state in certain municipal areas."
